The Psychedelic Scientific Association has the following objectives and activities:

1. Conducting scientific research concerning the therapeutic use of psychedelic substances for the treatment of physiological and psychological pathologies such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, etc.

 

2. To disseminate through conferences, public lectures and media interventions updated scientific content and results related to the consumption of psychedelic substances in the field of health, especially those related to the treatment of various physiological and psychological pathologies by creating educational content on the legal and regulated consumption of psychedelic substances, always within the current legal framework in Spain, and transmit unbiased scientific information on the potential risks and benefits derived from their consumption. 

 

3. To destigmatize the legal, regulated and therapeutic use of psychedelic substances, to combat misinformation about their risks and benefits, and to mitigate the health risks associated with their use. 

 

4. To discourage the illegal consumption and trafficking of psychedelic substances.

 

5. To advocate for the legalization and development of a comprehensive legal framework that regulates the therapeutic use of psychedelic substances for the benefit of society. 

 

6. To promote individual and social health and well-being through meditative and reflective practices, through consciousness expansion and breathing techniques, as well as through the legal and regulated consumption of psychedelic substances, once these are controlled within a legal framework.
